We will sit down together and discuss your family and lifestyle, your budget, and different materials that can be used. Our director will take some measurements of the area, and you are welcome to ask as many questions as you like. This will help us tailor-make the perfect outdoor area for you.

Following our first site visit we will prepare a detailed and transparent quote for your review. This quote will be based on the discussion we had in our first meeting. We believe in flexibility and working with our clients to turn their outdoor living dreams into reality. If you wish to make any changes to the quote, we can quickly accommodate your requests. If you are satisfied with the quote, we will agree on a start date and prepare the necessary contracts for you to sign.

Yay! We’re ready to start. We believe in doing the job right the first time, and as custom builders, we understand that no two jobs are exactly the same. Our Director, Darren, will be in regular contact with you throughout the building process, ensuring that you are kept informed of progress. You will also have the opportunity to get to know our friendly and dedicated builders, who share our values and are committed to delivering quality workmanship. This is where the magic happens, and we take pride in bringing your vision to life.

This is the most exciting part of the project, as it marks the moment when we hand over the final product to you. We will not do so until we have fulfilled all of your requirements and you are fully satisfied with the outcome. We will carry out a detailed inspection of the completed project together, and if any issues arise, we will rectify them immediately. We also provide a 6-year structural warranty, as well as a 1-year non-structural warranty, to ensure your peace of mind.
